No.
That is the honest answer. Any web designer who gives you a different one is either guessing or trying to make a sale.
Google decides where your site sits. It uses signals I can influence: the quality of your site, the accuracy of your Business Profile, the relevance of your content to what people search for. But it also uses signals I cannot. How long your business has been going. How many genuine reviews you have. How strong the competition is in your area. What the algorithm decides next month.
Nobody controls those things. Not me, not any SEO agency, not the bloke with the YouTube course.
What I can actually control
I can build your site so it is not the reason you missed out.
That means it loads fast on a phone. It has the right words in the right places. It has a page for each town you work in. Your Google Business Profile is set up correctly. The technical signals are done properly from day one. Those are the things Google looks for when it decides whether to trust a site.
None of that guarantees anything. What it does is make sure you are in the running.
A slow site with no local content and an empty Business Profile is not in the running. A well-built one is. That is the gap I close.
The map pack matters more than you think
For most trades, showing up in the map results matters more than ranking number one in the regular results. The map pack is what people see first on a phone, and it is driven more by your Business Profile than your website.
If your listing is properly set up and you have real reviews, you have a reasonable shot in the map results for a regional area. That is not a promise. It is just how local search works.
The bottom line
I will do the work that gives you the best possible foundation. The rest is a combination of time, reviews, and competition in your area.
What I will not do is tell you I can guarantee a position, take your money, and leave you wondering six months later why you are still on page two. I would rather say it plainly before you decide: the work is mine to do, and the result is partly yours to earn, over time, by running a business people recommend.
That is the honest version. Make of it what you will.
