Craig, who started this business, has lived in Albury for 61 years, so we know what a local business actually is. We know that the suburb names matter, that people search for the town they are standing in and not the one on your ABN, and that being twenty minutes away is the whole reason somebody rings you instead of the big mob in the city. That is the same in every town in the country, which is why we do not care where yours is.

We build every site ourselves. Not a template with your logo dropped in the corner, and not handed off to somebody overseas at two in the morning. If something is wrong with it, it is our fault and there is nobody for us to point at.

Building the site is only half the job. The other half is not leaving you wondering what is going on. Somebody takes your call, replies to your emails, chases the photos and the details out of you, keeps you posted on where your site is up to, and sends the invoice. That is the part most people have been burnt by before, so it is the part we are fussiest about.

The search work is part of the build, not an extra sold to you later. Your Google listing, the pages for the towns you cover, the code underneath that tells Google where you are. Done once, done properly, in the price.

We will not promise you the top of Google, because nobody controls that, including anybody who tells you they can. What we will promise is that your website is never the reason you missed out. That is the honest version, and we would rather say it now than sell you something we cannot deliver.
